“The tie was the wrong colour so I returned for a refund. Unfortunately I returned second class via royal mail without a tracking number, although do have proof of day sent. After well over a week and contacting customer service, I was informed that I need to speak to Royal Mail. I have basically lost my money and have no tie. Buyers please be aware if returning get a tracking number and don't make the same mistake as me. I have trusted 2 companies to do their job! One of them clearly hasn't and I think I know who the culprit is! Lesson learnt.”

“I paid for next day delivery as i needed this item last minute for a wedding courier attempted to deliver to wrong address so i contacted DPD and the only option i was given was that they could deliver again 2 days after wedding so no good to me got a refund no problem.”

“The tie looked nothing like the colour in the picture I purchased it for a wedding and I was supposed to wear a pink tie as pictures but the tie looked more white when it arrived”
