“The tiles are of great quality and look just as good as the photo. They arrived a day later than estimated and without any complaint the customer services team contacted me to apologise and refunded the delivery cost. Excellent customer service would certainly use again.”
“Used in a small hallway instead of carpet, mainly because of a puppy. We’re very happy with the look of these and quality. They have a slight surface pattern which means they aren’t too slippy for the dog.
As they are designed to look like four tiles in one, you should be aware the grout line built in to each tile is very very thin, too thin in my opinion probably 1-2mm which is not enough for the grout line to look right and I wasn’t confident the grout would stay in if the same thickness was copied when laying the tiles, so each tile was cut in to four so the tile made the four smaller tile individual. Much more work but a far better overall look when finished, for this reason I can’t give a better star rating because of the extra work required for the best finish.
They should just be supplied individually rather than 4 in one tile, or the grout line should be thicker.”
