“Only one comment - the website states this tile is 10.5mm thick. The tile is actually 9mm thick (or slightly less)... apart from that it is what it says on the label!”
Each tile is subject to a specific tolerance in line with tiling standards. If you would like to contact our customer service team they would be happy to investigate this further.
