“Dreadful product , the tiles are different whites , it really notices , some bright white , some grey white , ruined my bathroom, do not buy this product”
“Not happy with the service tiles were supposed to be next day (ended up being 3 days) When they eventually turned up they were all broken by the delivery company tile mountain use (dpd) tile mountain sent replacement however wouldn't cover the 4 days lost in labour..... Would not recommend on this basis regardless of the fact replacement tiles were sent because we ended up loosing mooney on the job and had a very unhappy customer.”
“I was very unhappy to receive two packs of broken tiles. Out of the 34 sent only 8 were intact! Strangely, the very prompt delivery showed no outward signs of damage. Tile Mountain made an immediate replacement, no problems with those tiles.”
“Of a box of 25 tiles only 4 were whole. The delivery charge was almost half again the cost of the tiles but they were not shipped with cushioning of any kind. Although the problem was resolved immediately this is beside the point. As this is the second time I have either had a wrong delivery (also broken) or a correct (replacement) delivery smashed to bits, I shan’t use Tile Mountain again. Sorry.”

“Very disappointing - tiler struggled to find undamaged tiles in the box - only 9 with no chips - all the others were chopped st corners. Luckily I had a box of the original tiles”
“from the description I expected these tiles would match some bumpy white tiles bought some years ago. No luck there, these tiles would not match any other bumpy tiles as they are almost flat”
