“After ordering samples we were impressed with the quality, ease of order and fast delivery. So on 12th April we ordered both floor and wall tiles. A few days later we were emailed to tell us the order was on hold because the wall tiles were now out if stock and were expected to be available in 15 days. No problem.
We phoned to increase our order just before this date only to find the tiles were now not due back in stock until 15th May. Customer service were very efficient at increasing our order and very professional, so we agreed to wait again.
We emailed last week to check if they were still expected back in stock and were told our delivery would be today. My husband stayed home all day, no delivery, no email, no attempt to contact us. Very frustrated and disappointed.”
