“The tiles are fine. The tiles arrived as scheduled. The delivery driver was completely incompetent. The driver was unable to operate the automated pallet trucks required to unload the tiles, which meant the tiles had to be manually loaded ! What should have been a simple exercise was far more complicated. On trying to contact customer services- no one bothered to answer the phone or respond to my email!”
