“The tiles are fine. The tiles arrived as scheduled. The delivery driver was completely incompetent. The driver was unable to operate the automated pallet trucks required to unload the tiles, which meant the tiles had to be manually loaded ! What should have been a simple exercise was far more complicated. On trying to contact customer services- no one bothered to answer the phone or respond to my email!”

I've not had chance to install everything yet but it all looks great :) The website is easy to use, order system is simple, customer service is excellent and the delivery went to plan. “Really impressed with these white metro tiles. The quality is excellent, with a consistent finish and clean edges which made them easy to lay and get a really sharp, professional look.
The colour is a true bright white, not dull or off-shade, which makes the room feel much lighter and more modern. Once grouted, they give that classic, high-end metro style you see in showrooms.
They’re also very forgiving to work with, which helped speed up the install and kept everything looking neat. No chips, no inconsistencies, just solid quality throughout.
Overall, they’ve completely transformed the space and look far more expensive than they actually are. Would definitely use these again and highly recommend to anyone wanting a clean, timeless finish.”
