“Delivery was quick and efficient, We ordered 800 tiles so you can imagine the is quite a few boxes. However the delivery driver lifted them all into the house for my wife(as I wasn't there), Would recommend!!”
“Ordered about 300 tiles and about 10% arrived damaged. Badly packaged (just cardboard, no padding). I didn’t take to the delivery men either though, maybe they were partly to blame as the boxes had got wet. I contacted Tile Mountain with pictures and they instantly got more sent out to me, free of charge, next day delivery and well packaged (with bubble wrap).”
