i ordered what i needed but in each box there was at least one tile i couldn't use or only part use, one had crushed onto another and the shards damaged a tile, some were seemingly whole but fine cracks appeared when held up, unless i had opened every box to inspect it was impossible to get a complaint in on time , some of my tiles arrived in bubble wrap and the delivery person left them kerb side with the neighbour , he was supposed to phone me when they arrived.
However i have had to order another box to finish , but having said that they are good looking and i am pleased with the result. So far”
