We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles.
These tiles are not rectified so can vary slightly by a few mms within a batch. This is permitted by British Tiling Standards, due to how tiles are made, and this can be remedied during installation.
We understand, however, that you are unhappy and this is never something that we would want. We have, therefore, contacted you personally to resolve this with you.

“My husband and I ordered sample tiles from a variety of websites. Tile mountain’s were the first to arrive and the best in quality by far.
We received a phone call from one of their representatives who was very friendly and not overly pushy like I find a lot of these calls can be.
We picked our tile and it was delivered a few days later on a date of our choice by a really helpful delivery driver.
Couldn’t have asked for any better!”
