“Pricing was very great, considering what was offered around for the same quality of product. However the policy of no refund on the order, made it so hard to make the decision to purchase and also you cannot return any un-used boxes/tiles. My nearest store is 20 miles away so I bought extra to save journey for collection, now unable to return unused box tiles. You also have to order tiles for delivery or collection from store so it's not like, if you are short on tiles, you can just simply pick it up from any store. Deliver is 3-4 working days so if you are short, it will probably halt work. which is most fustrating and in most case add labour cost.”
