We are sorry to see that your order arrived damaged and that you have been so inconvenienced by this. We do recommend ordering your tiles to be delivered prior to the start of your project to prevent any such delays, but we are sorry if you were not aware of this at the time of ordering. We can see that the replacement order has been processed, but please do give us a call if you wish to discuss this further.

“These tiles look nice on the wall but they are poor quality. None of them were the same size and a lot of them were bevelled in creating a ridge on the wall which will now collect water. They’re affordable which is good but you get what you pay for.”
