“We sent for a sample before buying which was plain black which we wanted so went ahead with purchase only to find that when they arrived that they had a concrete effect in them, really disappointed.”
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with these tiles.
They are designed to provide that concrete look, and so we would always recommend ordering a full-size sample so that you can see the full effect of the tile. Unfortunately, our cut size samples are unable to show this for you.
If we can assist with anything further in the meantime, please let us know.
Regards,
Tile Mountain
“I’ve ordered though you a few times now and every time the service has been great. The web site was very easy to use and the tiles turned up every time on time with no hassle at all .
I will definitely be using you again and have no problem recommending you to anyone who asks .”
