“Looks really nice but quite brittle. Had few breakage on delivery which got replaced by the company. The scrappage is quite high. Ended up with a small shortage and need to pay for that Delivery as the quantity is low”
We would always recommend ordering wastage on the order to ensure you have enough to complete the project. In regards to the tiles being brittle, we would advise supporting and cutting the tiles with a diamond tip wet wheel cutter to avoid any breakages during installation.
We are sorry for any damages received with your order. If notified within 48 hours of the order arriving, we will always replace damages caused in transit at no cost to the customer.

Customer service lacking.
Delivery was several items short of what we ordered and paid for. We had to drive to Stockport to collect remaining tiles as they could not deliver same day even when asking for same day delivery to be arranged due to your own error.
Our car had to take the weight of the tiles which is not what it is designed for. The mileage added to our car and inconvenience caused. After several calls £100 (not even a 1/5 or the cost of the order) was refunded But this doesn’t cover the issues we faced as a result of your packing/delivery department.
Oh and to add to this I was reminded that I should’ve checked my delivery when it came on a pallet rather than wait till the evening before the tiler was due and then this situation wouldn’t have happened as they would’ve have more time to resolve.
The order should’ve been delivered correctly in the first place. We shouldn’t need to check it. It should just be correct.”
“I have ordered (Stupidly) off this website twice, both times my order has been late and they have advised they will help me and haven't. The staff will never call you back and if you are like me you'll pay money for a builder to wait in your house for 2-3 days for the tiles to arrive :)”
“Tiles are lovely but sadly quite a few broken, chipped. Tile Mountain replaced but out of 5 replacement tiles 3 broken. Feel they should be packed in polystyrene to protect in transit.”
