“Well priced, and good service when I needed advice. Didn't all arrive when it should so my order was split and delayed me a day, then I had 4 x packages damaged and it was rather challenging getting them replaced, I then had spare and unopened items when I had done and they dont do collections.”
We are sorry to hear that you received damage to the order. I can see that replacements were arranged the same day this was reported to us to arrive on the following service available. We can accept back full box quantities within 28 days subject to the same batch being available, but we do not have a collection service.
