“While the service at the showroom was friendly and efficient, the quality of the delivery needs improving. The tiles were dropped off on a pallet on the drive. I then found a box that was clearly broken and later found another. In order to claim these back, there is a fairly long form that needs filling including photos which need to be on the pallet. So all rather annoying. So, because of the price, range and friendlyness of the staff, I give this a 4 star but there are areas where the marketing could be improved.”
