“I have previously used Tile Mountain and i was more than happy so I ordered some free samples which came the next day which then lead to a order of Carrara White Matt as previously i had gloss but wanted something matt for the Grandchildren so not as slippery i visited all my local stores while i waited for the samples but there wasnt much choice so as the sample arrived so quickly i purchased these tiles im yet to fit them but they look great, we had 3 damaged tiles which where quickly replaced within 48 Hours ... so thank you again Tile Mountain for a great service”
“5 boxes broken, uneven tiles, corners not straight , not evenly cut, delivery turned up late, then replacement delivery guy turned up with out tiles then complained again this time they made us wait 2 hours by saying 15 minutes as I had to arrange someone to be at the property to receive the goods as they had messed it up earlier in the morning by turning up without any tiles don’t buy from them”

We are sorry to see that you have experienced some problems fitting your tiles. We would always advise customers to let us know of any issues once they become apparent so that we can assist in resolving things.
These tiles are not rectified, and so we would advise using a larger grout joint to allow for this.
