“Despite informing them that we had narrow access and would need a smaller vehicle the tiles turned up on a 40' artic and couldn't be delivered. we had a fitter on standby whom we had to cancel. Tiles were then sent a few days later which meant that our fitter was on another job delaying the fitting further. two tiles arrived broken and we are still awaiting replacements. tiles are great though”
“We ordered more of these to complete our bathroom after an error by the tradesman. Despite daily phone calls the tiles did not then arrive on their scheduled date or for several days after that. This seriously disrupted the rest of the build. The customer service staff are very helpful and personable. The issue appears to be with the delivery company.”

“I ordered tiles I need med them desperately and they didn’t turn up ,had to chase them twice and in the end cancel the order and get a refund and nobody could really give me an answer why they didn’t turn up !”
Thank you for your feedback. This grout would be perfectly suitable to use with this range of tiles and is the most popular choice. I am very sorry you were not happy with what you had received.

IT ALL FALLS ON DEAF EARS, I KNOW IT'S THE COURIER COMPANY, BUT IT'S THE COURIER COMPANY YOU USE AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR DELIVERERS AND AT LEAST GIVE CUSTOMERS THE CORRECT REASON WHY, COMMUNICATION IS NOT A DIRTY WORD.”

We are very sorry for the delay with this order in transit and for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We do use a third-party courier and so do rely on them to provide updates on deliveries, but are sorry to see that this has not happened in this instance.
