We are happy to replace damage within 48hrs and would have done so if we had been made aware that you required replacements. “The tiles were of excellent quality and a good price. The problem was with the delivery which we were promised for the next day between 8am and 6pm . The tiles arrived at the depot smashed these things happen but nobody informed us. The tiles were now promised for the next day again they did not arrive and we had to contact yourself to find out what happened.The tiles finally arrived on the 3rd time of asking in good condition.
We were refunded the delivery cost but this does not compensate waiting in 3 days from 8 am to 6 pm and not being kept informed.”
“We received our tiles and some where damaged, after consulting with customer service at the company they replaced all tiles with no complaint . Overall good”
