“Tile Mountain appears to be a very good company with great customer service but let down by using a very poor courier, UK Mail who do not retain items if undeliverable and attempt to state a customer has received goods and signed for them when they have actually not even been present at the address. This courier also changed their position stating they had left the items in a garage which was a lie as the garage was locked! They had even stated on a delivery card it was left in a garage/ porch! House doesn't have a porch and none of my neighbours had received the parcel. For this issue I wouldn't be able to recommend your company which is a great shame.”
“A good product and good price. Unfortunately 5 were broken on delivery. Maybe need to take more care with packing or get a more careful courier. However, I was able to use them for the ends so no loss.”
