We are very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the delivery service we offer. We would never want this ot be the case. This has been fed back to the courier, and in order to apologise further we have issued a refund of the delivery fee. Each tile has a concave cut on one of the four sides. It's very poor and I won't be using you in future. I can send you a photo to prove it against a ruler below it using a white background. I'm sure you don't have anyone but a bot servicing this comment.. in the mean time you can refund me 50 % of the bill to cover extra attention to grouting between tiles to compensate for the extra time I have to spend in " grouting out " the error... no, oh well there's always social media to vent my feelings further. You must not go for cheap as ultimately it will bite your derier.... people are fools...make that mistake and you are doomed....

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received. I placed an order for materials that were critical to our project timeline, and not only were they NOT delivered, but the communication has been absolutely awful! No updates, no responses to my inquiries, and no effort to rectify the situation. This has caused significant delays in our project and unnecessary stress. I trusted this company to deliver as promised, and they failed completely. If you need reliable service and timely delivery, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. I will NOT be doing business with them again!

We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with the service received. We can see that this issue was caused due to confusion over the correct delivery address, and that the order has now been delivered. We are sorry, however, for the inconvenience that this has caused.

4 tiles purchased. 2 broken, the other 2 chipped. Not one usable tile and a delay to finishing my bathroom. The tiles were well packaged so can only assume they were packaged damaged.... Which smacks of less care on the half of the company rather than the courier

We are very sorry to see that your order has been received damaged. We cannot see that this has been reported to us until now, so have issued a refund for the order, and have contacted you directly regarding some possible replacements.

Never came in time, still waiting!! then said it was lost in delivery, even though I never had a delivery date originally. Terrible company do not use. I would upload a photo but I don’t have any thing to show

We are very sorry for the delay with the order. We can see that this has now been delivered, and that a refund has been processed for the cost of the delivery and the trims themselves, as a gesture of goodwill and to apologise further for the inconvenience caused. Took 2 weeks to deliver after countless logistical errors even though we paid for delivery for a certain date. And when you want to return something then they just don't want to know or will just rip you off on charges

We are sorry for the delay with your delivery, and to see that you are unhappy with our returns policy. We use a third-party courier and so are unable to provide a returns service as such. For this reason, we do advise customers to take advantage of our free cut sample service to ensure that their chosen tiles are suitable for their project before placing a full order. We never want to leave our customers unhappy, however, and so have contacted you personally to discuss this further and hopefully resolve things to your satisfaction.
