We’re pleased to hear that you experienced first-class service and an easy collection process. However, we understand your concerns regarding the return policy. While we aim to have a straightforward process for our customers, it can differ from what you may find elsewhere as we can move through batches very quickly. If we no longer have a batch available, we cannot resell it, which is why we generally are unable to accept the return of leftovers.

Looking into our communications, we can see that you did have a problem with receiving the correct sample from a competitor. However, if you have also experienced this with us we want to look into this for you as a matter of urgency - please let us know if so.

Royal Mail has advised that the address on the orders is incorrect and that the samples are being returned to us. We are sorry, however, if you were unaware of this until now.

Our cut size samples are cut and selected at random, so with our marble-effect tiles we cannot guarantee sending out a sample showing any particular part of the marbling, I'm sorry.
In this instance, we would advise ordering full-size samples, which can be done online or over the phone by calling 01782 223822, to show the full effect of the veining. For full-size samples, there would be a small charge for the tile but you will not be charged for delivery.
