“These tiles look stunning in my bathroom, definitely a pale grey which is what I wanted, even though they are called 'white'.
But I had loads of defective tiles & returned approx half) order - black pock marks, bleach like marks, cracks & scratch like marks. Replacement tiles were as bad & it took another 2 lots of replacements each time picking the good tiles out & trying to chop the bad ones to use in corners. This slowed job down by days & I'm very lucky installer didn't charge me extra.
I can't fault Tile Mountain's customer team (Sam especially) they kept providing free replacement tiles until the job was done, I would therefore recommend them as a store but not this particular tile or manufacturer (Duratile).”
“Delivery was 24 hours late without any update update available on the tracker. Tiler costs due to delay but Tile mountain only refunded £40 and this was a £700 order. Not happy”

“Great customer service and lovely looking tiles, unfortunately their maintanence and cleaning is EXTREME. We used recommended cleaner products, tiles look lovely after wet wipe but only for a day, max. two. They get dirty very quickly and given their matt surface (we applied 3 sealer layers), the dirt sticks to them, making it even more difficult to clean. Buy them if you love mopping every day, be prepared to invest in (many) cleaners.... such a shame. Pitures taken 2 days after cleaning, in dry weather too.”
“The tiles themselves are lovely! The company are horrendous, I would not use again. There is no communication between the office and delivery company. I’m 5’3 and was expected to carry 19 of these tiles full size - up 4 flights of stairs as the driver wouldn’t drop them off in my main entrance even though the office had already confirmed they could leave them at my safe space outside my door if I wasn’t in. I am aware that it is kerb side delivery only.. but I don’t understand why the driver had to drop the tiles to the basement instead of the main entrance which would also be kerbside.
When the tiler arrived, he noticed a few tiles were cracked and broken so not only was the delivery trouble, the delivery driver himself was so rude and aggressive. Definitely avoid.”
