I ordered 16 and 9 arrived in pieces.”

We are more than happy to issue any replacements needed for damages received, and I can see that on this occasion a refund was requested instead.
“Absolutely appalling. Laminate was rubbish..wouldn't click together..refused a refund as boxes had been opened. How are you supposed to lay laminate without opening the boxes! Avoid Avoid Avoid. Shop on the high street instead.”
We would always advise that the goods are acclimatised as per the manufacturer's instructions. As this has not been the case on this occasion, this is the reason for the laminate not fitting properly. We believe that a resolution for this has been reached with our customer care team.
