“The sample that arrived didn't appear to be remotely like the sample ordered. Either the wrong sample was sent or the photos online aren't accurate. Disappointed but have ordered different samples anyway.”
We do try to keep the images on our website up to date and as accurate as possible. If customers think that they have received an incorrect sample then our customer service team would be happy to resolve this once they have been notified.
“The tiles are more grey than they look on the website but still quite nice, fortunately my bathroom is very light so they don't look too dark. However, they don't line up properly in the middle when putting one on top of the other - they meet at the ends but there's a big gap in the middle so the grouting's uneven. Hopefully other people won't notice.”

As they are porcelain, we always advise using a diamond wet wheel cutter to cut these tiles. Standard tile cutters are usually better to use with ceramic tiles.

“Lovely matt (or non glossy tiles) Really good thickness nice and sturdy. They are not flimsy.
Only draw back from my perspective is, you need a really good experienced tiler for using these tiles. Its labour intensive. as the hexagon, creats a ZigZag profile when you use it meets a striag line. to fill those triangles in between, oh lord it costed a lot of time, lots of diamond tip blades and tremendous amount of paitence.”
