“Very nice tiles but did not allow me to return any extras which was only thing that let me down so now stuck with extra tiles that are not needed other then that was happy with delivery and customer service up until needed to do returns”

“The tiles are nice, no complaints there, but you should not order them if you would be unable to carry each individual pack of 5 or 6 tiles (maybe 20kg each pack?) yourself from the roadside. Maybe I'm expecting too much but the delivery van only had a manual pallet truck so was unable to bring the pallet of tiles up my drive to the garage. Contrast this with the delivery of laminate flooring I took the next day from a different supplier where they had a motorised pallet truck which easily did the job.”

“Because they have been badly cut, when fitting them together they leave a thicker gap than the one that is currently printed on the tile. Wouldn’t recommend.”
