“Some tiles had black marks on (printing error?) which I queried, and was told it's part of the intended design! If you zoom in on one of the many pictures on their website you will see it. To be fair they ended up replacing them with tiles without black marks on. The delivery driver for the second lot of tiles was really friendly”

We apologise you are currently having issues with the tiles you have received. We always dispatch the tiles from the same batch therefore would not expect any differences in a single order. If you could please contact our customer service team to discuss this further.
“I ordered a sample to help confirm my choice. The texture was ideal to give some grip and minimise slippages on a wet floor. I was in 2 minds as I thought it would not match our Matt grey Bathroom furniture but as you can see it worked a treated. I am very happy with them and love their finish and solid feel. I cant recommend them more highly. I suggest you use a solid mounting board (hardibacker) to get a robust lay.”
