I would like to apologise that you have received damaged tiles on your order. Due to the nature of tiles, sometimes in transit, damaged tiles can occur however when reported within 48hrs, we are happy to issue a replacement order or a refund for these.

“The tiles were beautiful and very elegant . They were exactly what I wanted. Slightly off white with strong marbling and completely matt with no sheen which gives them that sophisticated finish. Tiling work not great so picture doesn't do justice but will be ordering for kitchen floor.”
