“They look lovely when layed,but the quality is somewhat poor. They keep chipping at the edges. The tilers also found it difficult to cut smaller strips because they keep breaking. I used them for outdoor patio steps and end up having to put metal trims around the edges of the steps which changed the entire look.”
We apologise you are unhappy with the quality of the tiles. In regards to the corners chipping, If the exposed edges suffers impact this can cause chipping. When cutting the tiles we would also always recommend using a Wet wheel cutter to avoid chipping. If you would like to discuss this further with the customer service team please contact us.
“After reviewing porcelain tiles at most of the online sites, and receiving many samples, Tile Mountain was defo the best deal - especially as they will split packs too. Ordered 192 tiles and only 1 was damaged - so not complaining about that.
