“The tile was lovely, however it had arrived broken in two pieces which was a shame. However, I contacted Tile mountain and received a refund for my sample piece & also ensured if I wanted to purchase the tiles in bulk they would arrive by pallet so to not worry about them being damaged.
I felt the customer service was really good and I had a quick response.
