“Buying tiles off the Internet when not seen is always a risk. Ordered a free sample that was great and then had such a good deal on over 45m² tiles. Arrived on a secure pallet, all wrapped carefully and not a single tile broken. Finish is amazing.”

“Tile mountain were recommended to us but we were still worried about purchasing tiles online- made worse because we didn’t have time to order a sample first. Tiles turned out to be excellent and just what we were wanting, at a significantly lower price than any of the local retailers.”

Although I have sent proof of damaged items I am yet to go through several hoops to prove my damaged items .
I had to give up in the end as the value of refund was not worth the hassle.”
