“Tile mountain were recommended to us but we were still worried about purchasing tiles online- made worse because we didn’t have time to order a sample first. Tiles turned out to be excellent and just what we were wanting, at a significantly lower price than any of the local retailers.”
“Delvery was on time. However, this is my second order and on each occassions tile arrive broken.
Dealing with customer services is not great and not very helpful.
Although I have sent proof of damaged items I am yet to go through several hoops to prove my damaged items .
I had to give up in the end as the value of refund was not worth the hassle.”
