“I bought tiles for my washroom from HULL store, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Tile Mountain. Some of the tiles arrived broken, and the delivery was delayed as well. Because of the late delivery, my plumber faced difficulties completing the installation on time.
It felt like the company was not concerned about the inconvenience caused to the customer due to their incorrect delivery commitments and poor service.”
“I loved the tiles but had the worst experience with the delivery company after my bad e experience I looked at the delivery companies reviews they were terrible I think they should change who they use to deliver because they will bring your company down aswell”
“Beautiful tiles but they are being sent with patterns don't match, we got 4 boxes with the same pattern- we made it work but when breakage happened we were left without any help. You can not get it from store in Birmingham, despite they claim next day delivery we were told it will be delivered in 5days! we had to drive to stoke on trent to collect them as we needed to finish shower. Just save yourself headache and order from store where you can easily get new ones when you need them. I regret buying from Tile Mountain”

“Tile Mountain and bathroom showroom next door have a vast amount to choose from with stunning tiles and bathrooms delivered very shortley after purchase. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It,s proberly the best showroom ,I have seen in this area or any other area come to think of it. This is the place to go ,select and purchase. You get to see what you are buying rather than hopeing as is the case with the internet. 46 years in the game and would highly recommend a visit. If they have not what you want on display ,just ask and they will help you make the right choise.”
