“I ordered this online as I think they looked perfect for what I wanted while of the downstairs of my house tiled. Unfortunately I ordered high gloss and not the Matt of the same tile as we have dogs and it would probably be to slippy. I saw my mistake and the very next day rang them and managed to change the sample over to a Matt. Luckily for me both arrived separately which was great so we could choose and we will be choosing the Matt as it’s the tile we prefer.”
