“Tiles came with broken edge's so could not use most of the tiles and had to be used as cut outs. Tile mountain were no help and did not offer to replace or refund the damaged goods as they stated this should have been reported within 5 days of delivery. I did expect the tiles to be damaged hence not opening the packaging until they were required to fit which was over their 5days. I believe they should have still looked at this in a more empathetic manner.”
