“We were delighted with the tiles, however the delivery service was dreadful. A huge pile of 25 tiles was just left in a communal gangway at the entrance of our apartment building. Even though there is a lift, no attempt was made to bring them up. A real shame as we love the tiles but the delivery has left us very unhappy.”

The delivery was easy and arrived on the advised day and time, I had informed the staff that access to my property was very tight and they arranged for a smaller vehicle so that the order could be made without me having to shift over 200kg the 100 metres to my door.
