Several tiles have blown when being cut. Using a tile cutter or a grinder has the same affect. Only getting part way through the cut before it shears off.”
I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles.
As these are durable porcelain, they would need to be cut using a diamond-tipped wet-wheel cutter that is big enough to fully support the tile, and that will cut through the tile in one cut. Rail cutters will not work, unfortunately.

“Tiles arrived as promised a couple of chips was instantly replaced so service was very good and nearly all in good condition only small issue I had was I seem to had 14 tiles the same from 40 tiles with a variation of 12 so would have expected 4 or maybe 5 the same but we spread ours around the room and put behind baths etc so therefore still looked good”
