“Sample tile never reached us. Got a message from carrier apologising for the delay but telling us the packaging had been damaged and refer to sender!
I tried but never got a response .”

We cannot see that we were made aware of this by the courier - while we always expect our couriers to take care of our deliveries, and to notify us of any problems, this has clearly not happened in this instance.

“The ordering process online was straight forward and the delivery was quick and I was kept well informed during this process. Along with other tiles I had ordered along side these, they appeared at first glance well packaged on the pallet, however, the boxes of tiles on the first two layers from the bottom had burst the seams of the individual boxes and a couple of tiles were slightly chipped at the corners and two cracked in two. Fortunately, the chipped tiles were were on the reverse side so can be used no problem. Perhaps, ridged cardboard corners could be used when tiles are palletised in the future to rectify this problem. Other than that, although the tiles remain in their boxes for now, they are a stunning tile that replicates the look of wood incredibly well. Very pleased with my choice and worth every penny spent. Will definitely use Tile Mountain again, if anything for the great variety and on point pricing.”
