“We chose the SandWood Dark Oak Wood Effect Matt Porcelain Floor Tile for our summer house and are delighted with the result. The dark oak colouring looks natural and realistic, giving the warmth of wood with the practicality and durability of porcelain. The matt finish is attractive and easy to keep clean, while the subtle variation between tiles creates an authentic timber-floor appearance. The tiles look far more expensive than they are and have completely transformed the space. We are very pleased with the quality and overall appearance and would highly recommend them.”
“The quality and colouring of the tiles are very nice, however the pattern on the ties did not line up. Followed the tile directions on the back and attempted to flip the tiles to see if that help, to no avail. I have had to purchase a ceramic pen to make the mis-match less noticeable .”
Thank you for your feedback.
We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality and colouring of the tiles, however we are sorry to hear about the concerns with the pattern alignment. We understand how important the overall finish is and appreciate how frustrating this must have been.
