We collected from our local-ish warehouse so postage wasn't a problem. The only reason this isn't a four strar review was that when we were informed that the tiles were available for selection we were suddenly given a deadline or they would be sent back to their central point (bearing in mind they were fully paid for and that this had never been mentioned.)”
