Delivery date set wherei was informed of status during process, delivery arrieved on time , driver went beyond his duties in getting down a narrow footpath. product packed and protected well, advised to photo damage on pallet was not needed and not one box displayed any sign of a cracked tile. The colours were true to image, surfaces look fine and we cannot wait for our tiler to lay. All in all a great online experience and to cap it off Bathroom Mountain followed, more money to spend but at the prices and quality Im nopt to disappointed.”
