“the flooring is great and we are happy with how it all comes together. The only thing that let us down was from the delivery side of things the comunication was poor. Our flooring was not delivered on the day that was requested even after 1 month of booking in advance, we had to rescedule another day and it was again deleivered a lot later than promised. This was very inconvient as my husband lost 2 days pay instead of one to be off for accepting of the delievery. We would still use again as the flooring is a good price and great material, we just hope that we experience a better delivery next time.”

“This is out first use of LVT at home and I'm converted! The tiles look at they do on the website. They look to be of good quality and feel more pleasant than ceramic tiles underfoot - plus no cementing and grouting - and much cheaper!
We had some issues with delivery but we were able to resolve this and the customer service team was easy to contact and helpful.”
“I originally bought this LVT for my kitchen, it went down really well and I loved it, so I’ve bought more for my bathroom and hallway. My second purchase was even cheaper than my first, as it had had a price drop. The original price was good, the second was fantastic! Both deliveries were great and came when they said they would. The tracking for delivery is also exceptional. I have recommended Tile Mountain to a friend who is looking to update his current flooring.
