“Very good service by Tile Mountain. A free sample of a floor tile was ordered which arrived promptly with good communication form customer services and looks like very good quality. I won't be ordering more as I realise my floor is not level enough for these particular tiles. Excellent service and quality product!”
“Received a generous sized sample of the flooring and delivery was really quick. Ordering the sample was a great way to see how the floor will look in my room with the lighting and matching the walls.
The flooring is a really high quality as a result of wring the sample, this is the flooring I’ve chosen. It looks really expensive and I’ve not found them cheaper anywhere else.

“the flooring is great and we are happy with how it all comes together. The only thing that let us down was from the delivery side of things the comunication was poor. Our flooring was not delivered on the day that was requested even after 1 month of booking in advance, we had to rescedule another day and it was again deleivered a lot later than promised. This was very inconvient as my husband lost 2 days pay instead of one to be off for accepting of the delievery. We would still use again as the flooring is a good price and great material, we just hope that we experience a better delivery next time.”
