“These tiles look great in my hallway, easy to lay add coversheet area, would definitely recommend this shop for its customer service and information all staff were welcoming and helpful, prices are very competitive, looked around several other tile outlets and couldn't find any as cheap as tile mountain.”

“Tiles arrived promptly. Were better than envisaged really great colourful design. Sadly the packaging was flimsy and weak this allowed for breakages at the corners of the tiles. Contacted Tileworld sent pictures and replacements found really quickly. Great Customer Service. Thankyou!”
“The first delivery contained 5 x broken tiles on arrival, I spoke to customer Services and the replacement tiles were sent. On arrival on the replacements, 3 x tiles were broken into 3-4 pieces. Clearly the courier you use for my area has no respect for your products. I paid a lot of money for the delivery, nearly the same value of the tiles, I was very disappointed with the delivery process. I have cancelled a 3rd delivery of tiles.”
We are very sorry to see that you have received damage to two orders. This is never something that we would expect, and have raised this with our courier. We have also issued a refund of the delivery fee paid to apologise further.
