“We were in the process of tiling our kitchen and realized we didn’t have enough tile for the wall, so we ordered more of the SAME tile we had previously purchased. Since the box showed the same name and product, we didn’t open it beforehand. Our contractor completed the installation, but once we saw the finished work, it became immediately clear that the new tile is a DIFFERENT COLOR and the difference is very noticeable. We’re not sure if this was a manufacturer error, but make sure to check the color before installation, as we’re now stuck dealing with this mess.”

“The tile is gorgeous! The quality is fantastic, the matte finish is beautiful and it arrived without damage. I ordered 95 sq. ft, and it came on a pallet that the delivery service leaves behind m. Also, the order arrives in a large semi-LTL truck as well, so consider access to your house. I thought I’d share this info. so people won’t be surprised.”
