“The tile was great. The Fed Ex delivery was not. They left the tile on a front porch at the wrong address. This was $900 worth of tile so it was not one small box. The lady whose porch it was delivered to called me from the information on the boxes. The construction superintendent had to go pick it up to get it to the job site. I called Fed Ex and left a message when we realized it was delivered to the wrong address and 2 weeks later, they called me back.”
