“The tile was just like the sample and looks great installed. However, the price of the tile was deceptive, as the shipping costs were 50% of the listed price. When I called to verify, the man stated that the elevated shipping cost was to make up for the fact that their prices are lower than other companies. I paid it, but thought it was not the best practice.”
