“I would not order from here again based on our experience. The tile said it would be delivered last Thursday, so we stayed home to receive it. It never came and was delivered Friday morning. The tile was left outside on the street, without anyone signing for it. We left a sign on the door to buzz my neighbor, and her apt was never buzzed. The tile is nice but I wouldn't order from here again because it was a VERY stressful situation. We had to beg a family member to drive to our apt and carry 150+ lbs of tile inside. We paid a lot of money for the shipping and for the tile and it all could have been stolen.”
