“Quick response, I ordered and paid on the Wednesday and but the Friday it was ready to collect. The credit card payment option was not working online, so one of the ladies called as I said I'd pay over the phone, she asked why I choose that option and I said it wasn't accepting my credit card online, so she waived the fee. Great customer service.”
“While I'm pleased with the book itself, when I opened my parcel, the spine of the book was ripped and torn which was disappointing since it was a gift for my son and brand new. I cant see anything in the packaging that could have caused this so I can only assume it was placed in the bag that way.”
