“Eveyrthing is great, but on the backpack there is a lot of room for the name. You could add a customisation feature for people to enlarge the font – our son's name is 'Finn' so there is quite a lot of blank space in the banner around his name. Not a huge issue, but a little addition to the interface would make a huge difference!”
